A Nativa Tours representative will pick you up at your hotel and drive you to Gamboa, located in the Soberanía National Park.
Upon arrival, you will be given a mountain bike and pedal a 7km trail into the jungle (half uphill and half downhill) and 9km through a scenic trail into the wilderness and triumph with a picnic overlooking the jungle and the Panama Canal.
Remember: it is an intermediate type of bike ride, as there are parts of the trip that are on uneven terrain (eg, gravel, dirt and mud), as well as on uphill roads (with a minimum percentage of elevation).
At the end of the tour, the Nativa Tours representative will drive you to your hotel.
