Your tour to the Caribbean Coast will begin when a representative of Nativa Tours picks you up at your hotel in Panama City at 6:00 am (if the hotel is located outside of Panama City, contact us) to take you to the Railway Station in Corozal ( train departure at 7:15 am). The train ride will take 1 hour to the City of Colon in the Caribbean. An impressive walk along the shore of the Panama Canal!
Fort San Lorenzo is a beautiful site at the entrance of the Chagres River where Morgan began his invasion of Panama. There is a spectacular view of the ocean. The area has a very wet tropical rainforest.
On your return trip, you will visit the Agua Clara Locks, the new locks for larger ships, inaugurated on June 26, 2016.
